Shipping Policy

Domestic orders

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note personalized items will take longer to process. If your order has both personalised and non-personalised items, the order will be split, and the non-personalised items will be delivered in within 3-4 business days subject to your location.

 

International orders

Our services are based not only in India but also available for USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Japan, Spain, Mexico, Italy, France, Turkey, South Korea, Singapore, UAE, Brazil and many other countries.

It will take 7-10 business days to reach at your door step depending on your location.

Additional Charges:

Please be aware, if you are buying from outside of the European Union, then you may face additional charges including import customs duties and Value Added Tax (VAT).

Please note that all custom fees are liability of the customer. We are not able to cover or offer a refund for custom charge fees.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 449. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns.

Tracking: You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp, email and SMS, once the order is shipped.

In case you’re ordering other items along with personalized or Gold jewelry, your order might arrive in parts.
